-Observed cans of wasp spray in 1N, disinfectant wipes in 1A, and disinfectant sprays in 1B. All items were stored unlocked and within the reach of the children.Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).-GENERAL COMMENT: Observed a pool with standing water for watering the garden. Collecting water in this manner allows for mosquito breeding. Discontinue process.There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). |
