Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in C2 and in the cafeteria. Observed chipping paint on walls and water damaged ceiling in band room. Observed damaged ceiling and stained ceiling tiles in womens E building bathroom. Observed leak in D building music room bathroom from ceiling vent. Observed water damage at window sills in B7 and B8. Needs to be checked for leaks and repaired. REPEAT. |

Observed aerosols disinfectant sprays, and disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in several classrooms. Needs to be stored to avoid health hazards. Read labels stating “Keep out of Reach of Children.” |
