Observed ceiling in Drama girls bathroom constructed of absorbent ceiling tiles and stains on the ceiling tiles. Ceiling needs to be checked for leaks and repaired. Ceiling tiles need to be of nonabsorbent, washable materials. |

Observed stained ceiling tiles at front entrance, in gym storage and hall outside the gym and cafeteria, in the cafeteria, in A14 classroom and hallway outside, in A13, and in media center file server room. Observed chipping paint on walls and water damaged ceiling in band room. Ceiling leaks in drama room. Needs to be checked for leaks and repaired. REPEAT. |
