No points were deducted for the following: 11. Observed disinfecting wipes stored on the countertop in a box in room A14. Ensure that all disinfecting wipes are being stored out of sight of children, in cabinets. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
