Observed rusting partitions at the urinals and stalls in the boy's restrooms up and downstairs.

Observed all spring loaded faucets with short run times. Regulate to provide a minimum of 15 second (20 seconds for Covid) run time to facilitate in proper handwashing.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).
