Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in main custodial closet, outside of media center (across from girls restroom), and near media center exit door. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
