A - Observed the ceiling with moisture damage in 6th grade girls restroom and has flat/absorbant paint, the walls were stained in boys restroom near the cafeteria, the wall was damaged behind the urinals in RR513.**Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).B - Observed the toilet seats were loose in the accessible stalls in 8th grade boys and the girls restroom near the cafeteria, the toilet seat was soiled in the boys 7th grade restroom, 2 urinals were not working in 8th grade boys restroom and the R612 mobile restroom was closed/locked due to pluming issue. **Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). |
