Observed laminate peeling on the counters in both mobile restrooms.Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.11. Observed hazardous items including disinfectant wipes, aerosol sprays, and Round Up spray stored unlocked within reach of the children. Rooms A8, A17, B18, B14, and B6.
