Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile in gym storage 104A and in classroom A1. Check for leaks and replace tiles. REPEAT. Points not escalated due to repairs and improvement previous inspection. |
