Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling in classrooms in trailer. Leak has been repaired. Repaint/ remove stains. Repeat. |

The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed fence damaged near trailer. Repair/replace.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed chlorox wipes stored in reach of students on desks, sinks counter, class restrooms, etc. in various classrooms in all buildings. Keep all hazardous items stored according to labels (away from children). Suggestion: store in cabinets until needed for use. |
