-Observed the ceiling in the gym in disrepair.
-Observed water damage ceiling in the modular restrooms, some of the modular classes, as well as classes in the main building.
-Observed wall damage in both of the modular restrooms.

Repeat: Observed aerosol sprays, disinfectant wipes, cleaners, etc stored unlocked and within reach of the children in several classes. Keep locked or stored out of reach of the children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
