-Observed the ceiling in the gym in disrepair. Observed water damage ceiling in the modular restrooms as well as the 5th/6th & 7th/8th classes. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in the hall by the library. Some of the stains appeared to be active leaks.-Observed the baseboards separating from the wall in the gym and boy's modular restroom.-Observed a hole in the wall in the girl's modular restroom.Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

Repeat Non-Compliance: Observed aerosol sprays, disinfectant wipes, home defense, dry wall powder (mixed in a bucket and powder in the bag), an unlabeled bottle of chemical, and a bottle labeled sanitizer.
