Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed spring loaded faucets with a run time of less than 15 seconds in girls and boys restroom on B hallway and boys restroom on D hallway. Regulate to provide minimum of 15 second run time to facilitate proper handwashing. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile in classroom C4, D6, and in gym on stage ceiling. Observed classrooms with handsinks attached to rear walls with chipping paint around handsoap dispenser throughout school. Observed chipping paint in classroom B7 on rear wall. Observed classrooms with handsinks attached with residue build up on floor of reach in cabinets directly under handsinks. (EHS observed spider webs within reach in cabinets under handsinks in classrooms, periodic cleaning should be conducted within these areas.)
