Mr. Jeff Cox present during inspection.GC #3: Observed scale build-up on water fountains.**Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).GC #11: Observed child's medication not locked and not on a high shelf, B8. One unlabeled spray bottle in janitor's closet.**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
