Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed black build up inside of drinking nozzles of water fountains and water dispensers for water bottles throughout school building. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed wipes, an aerosol and other chemicals on cart in gym stored accessible to children. Needs to be stored to avoid health hazards. Read manufacturer label “Keep out of Reach of Children” REPEAT. |
