Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed a large quantity of disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers stored in reach of children in library. EHS advises school to store toxic materials according to manufacturers guidance that states, “keep out of reach of children”. |
