NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed loose toilet seat in girls restroom on kindergarten hallway. Repair. Observed girls restroom out of order on 4th and 5th grade hallway. Repair. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed light shields on "middle grades" hallway with dead insects. Clean/Remove. *NOTE: Custodian Shantoria Palmer was present during time of inspection and she signed the report.
