Observed tutor rooms between A6 and A8 and between A7 and A5 with many items store on the floor in a manner that will not permit thorough cleaning. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes, cleaners, aerosols labeled “Keep out of reach of children” stored on small counters or in areas accessible to children in numerous classrooms and class bathrooms. Needs to be stored to avoid health hazards. |
