NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet out of order in gang restrooms located in 5th grade girls building. Per conversation with custodial staff a work order has already been submitted to have toilet repaired. *NOTE: Custodian Ms. Marina was present during time of inspection. Report emailed to principal and head custodian at the following: rachellec.fink@cms.k12.nc.us and marinal.argueta@cms.k12.nc.us

Observed several boxes of storage stored on the floor in teachers lounge located near main office. EHS advises school to remove storage off floor or to arrange it in such a way that permits cleaning.
