Observed water stained ceiling tiles in Media Center, classrooms B1, B2 and B4, near exit outside of the gym and asst. principal's office. Needs to be replaced and ensure leaks are not ongoing. Observed brown wall stains in janitor's closet. Spoke with Mr. Cloud about not laying the mop head against the wall if still wet.
