No points deducted for: Floors of toilet facilities shall be impervious and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (c). Observed cracked floor tile in room 124 bathroom. Needs repair. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed one sink in girls mobile and in girls cafeteria bathrooms not operating. Needs repair. Custodian said he shut sinks off because they would continue to run. Work orders are in for these items.
