Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed laminate surrounding girls and boys handsinks in outside mobile units with black build up around handsink basins. Observed 1 handsink out of order in girls gang restroom located near cafeteria, per head custodian a work order has been submitted to have handsink repaired. |
