Observed water stained ceiling tiles throughout the school. (Outside of classrooms 159, 177 and 190. In classrooms 163, 169 and 388. Corner of 300 and 500 hall. Lower 300 hall.)
Observed wall damage near the handwashing sink in the boys restroom on upper 100 hall.
