Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed low water pressure at water fountains at beginning of 800 hall. Observed water fountain with low pressure at upper 100 hall. Check pressure on water fountains and increase. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in hallways, in cafeteria, in 315, 338,319, 326, 103, 511, 633, 633 storage room, and 813. Needs repair/replacement and check for active leaks. REPEAT. |
