11. No Points Deducted: -Observed roaches in the outside boy's locker room. Provide pest control. SUGGESTION: Provide a barrier (weather strip) under the doors where sunlight can be seen. There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). -Observed an unlabeled bottle of chemical in 126. Per the teachers in room 126, they do not know what chemical it is and they do not use it. Per the teachers in room 124, they do not know what it is nor use it either. One of the teachers in room 124 stated that she uses soap and water to clean the EC restroom table after changing a student. **Provide a disinfectant that can be used to clean the changing table after each student. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). -Observed the hand dryer broken and no paper towels in the lower 100 restroom by room 130. Follow the rule below.
