Tightly secure loose metal strip on base of bathroom stall in boys bathroom located on 300 hallway. Clean corner of flooring in bathrooms where needed. Clean ceiling in PE locker rooms. Tightly secure/seal(caulk) hand washing sinks to wall in bathrooms where hand washing sink is pulling from wall. Replace blown light bulbs in PE boys bathroom above toilet or repair light fixture.Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). |
