Observed glade air freshener on small table at door in A7, Lysol spray on shelf in B3, Lysol wipes at door B6, on desk B7, chlorox wipes at door in C10, at dry erase board in C9. Keep all hazardous items stored out of reach of children. Follow warnings/directions on containers/packages.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
