Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes stating keep out of reach of children, aerosol sprays, and other chemicals stored accessible to children in several classrooms. Chemicals need to be stored out of child access. |
