General Comments: #3. Repair (1) broken water fountain in hallway area near cafeteria and gym.**Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #8. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixtures throughout in classrooms or replace damaged light fixtures. Replace broken/damaged window blinds in classrooms.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #11. Have exterminator to address ant mounds on playground and side walk area leading to the playground. Remove shower liner someone from neighborhood placed in dumpster area.***Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). #7. Observed storage on the floor in several classrooms that were not being used. Floors in room were cleaned. Remove storage off the floor. Store boxes in rooms on top of counter tops.**All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Ms. Mungo present at time of inspection.
