General Comment: #3. Wipe/clean mouth guard on water fountain near gang bathroom on 2nd floor.**Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #4. Clean base of toilet in bathroom within room A10.**Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). #11.Observed dumpster door and lid opened. Keep dumpster door and lid closed when items are not being placed in dumpster. Observed trash/debris around dumpster within dumpster corral. Clean trash/debris from around dumpster area. **The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Ms. Mungo present at time of inspection.
