General Comment: #3. Reattach front cover on water fountain on 100 hallway. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #8. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixture in library, computer lab. Reattach loose screws in light fixture in 119 safe room and secure light shield in science room. Monitor bent/damaged blinds in classroom and replace if needed.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures,. etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Mrs. Mungo present at time of inspection.
