Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed several hand washing in the school building need better cleaning around basin, faucet. Keep clean.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed disrepair soap dispenser in men restroom higher school. No paper towel available at the dispenser in middle/high school common area hand sinks. No paper towels available in both boy and girl locker/restroom middle school hall. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all times. |
