Observed stained ceiling tile and missing tile in Nurses office. Observed stained ceiling tiles in media center and workroom in media center. Observed stained ceiling tiles in B6, B3, B13, B16, B1, A2, A1, A8, and music room storage. Need to check and repair leaks and replace tiles. REPEAT. |
