Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed cleaners, containers of disinfectant wipes, spray cleaners, etc... within reach of students throughout inspection. During the school year keep all hazardous items stored out of reach of the students. No points assessed since the school year has ended for all students.
