Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
Observed cleaners, bulk containers of disinfectant wipes, spray cleaners, etc stored within reach of the students in several classrooms. Keep all hazardous items stored out of reach of the students. |
