Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles on "C" hallway near stairwell. EHS advises facility to ensure no active leak is occurring and to replaced stained ceiling tiles. |

All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed storage on floor in teacher workroom in library and other teacher work spaces throughout school. EHS advises facility to organize storage stored on floor in such a way that allots proper cleaning.
