Ensure that droppings are cleaned up and pest management is contacted. **There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
Observed chemicals within reach of children in room A-10, C-30 and C-26. Items were placed within cabinets during inspection.
