Repaint lower section of wall in boys bathroom on 4-8 hall in last stall fixture and in B-19 bathroom. General cleaning of floors in bathrooms where needed.

Clean walls and floor throughout in rooms. Touch-up paint/repaint throughout in rooms. Observed water stained ceiling in corner of cafeteria and in stairway at far end of 4-8 hall. Repair any roof leaks and replace water stained ceiling tile in stair way area and repaint corner of ceiling in cafeteria. Replace damaged tile on stairs in stairway. Patch hole on lower section of wall in stairway at far end and repaint. Replace(1) missing floor tile at entrance to modular unit MC717. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Clean floor in cabinet area under hand washing sink in classrooms. Repair wall in can wash area located in custodian closet on C hall. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

Observed trash dumpster overflowing with bags of trash and lid could not be closed. Increase the frequency of days dumpster is being emptied to eliminate the overflow issue!
