#4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet out of order in girls restroom located on level 1 of 900 building. Per custodian, work order has been submitted to have toilet repaired. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed light fixture hanging and needing to be reattached to ceiling in girls locker room. *NOTE: Custodian, Brandon Canterbury, was present during time of inspection.
