Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available in the dispenser in girl restroom 500 hall and boy restroom 100 hall. No soap and paper towels available at one of the hand sink in art room 800 hall. No soap available in boy restroom 400 hall. Ensure to provide soap and paper towels at all hand sinks at all time.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed disrepair hand dryer, and spring loaded faucet water run less than 3 seconds in girl restroom 500 hall, repair needed for proper hand washing. Observed soiled shower stall in boys locker room. Observed hand washing sinks throughout the school in need of detail/deep cleaning and keep clean. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water damage on ceiling tiles in boy lockers room, gym hall way, 700/800 hallway. Check for no active leaks, repair/replace of ceiling tiles needed. Observed broken glass double door, covered with plywood. Repair needed at the end of 200 hallway. Observed soiled/stained carpet flooring in Band class need detail cleaning and keep clean. Point remain the same at this time. |
