General Comment: #4. Replace damaged toilet seat in girls bathroom on 700 hall. Clean toilet paper from ceiling in boys bathroom(900) building. #5. Repair spring loaded faucet fixture on hand washing sink in girls bathroom on 1st floor in 900 building. #8. Repair damaged seat in auditorium. Secure side cover on heating unit near exit door in 200 hall. Clean ventilation cover in 714. Replace blown light bulbs or replace light fixture in elevator in 900 building. #11. Repair underside of walkway covering leaving out from main school building near gym heading toward the 900 building. Observed section of walkway covering had already fallen and hanging and another section loosely hanging.*****REPAIR UNDERSIDE OF WALKWAY IMMEDIATELY!****Property manager(Susan Desoto) notified! Remove old boards/pallets from outside of gym area and 400 section of building. Provide covers for clean outs and remove protruding piping from grounds. Repair hand railing and boards on walkway leading to far back playground/soccer field. REMOVE DROP CORD RUNNING FROM ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN BOYS PE DRESSING ROOM INTO THE CEILING TO UNKNOWN LOCATION!

Clean carpet in media center. Patch hole in wall in 529. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
