General Comment- No Points Deducted! #5. Observed broken soap dispenser in boys bathroom on 400 hall. Replace broken soap dispenser in bathroom. Observed 1 out of 2 hand drying device not working in girls bathroom on 400 hall near gym area. Repair hand drying device in bathroom.**Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). #8. Observed damaged covering on heating and cooling vent cover in 700 hallway and 400 hallway. Repair loose/bent cover on heating and cooling unit in hallway. Check drainage on ceiling mounted heating and cooling units in classrooms. Not sure if water stained and damaged ceiling is coming from heating and cooling units or roof leaks. Replace broken window in 900 building. Window was broken over the holiday and is now covered with a board.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #11. Observed old broken furniture/desk near cooling tower. Remove broken furniture from premises.**Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Repair any and all roof leaks or heating and cooling unit leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles! Replace damaged floor tiles on 800 hall. Patch hole in wall in weight room and repaint. Replace damaged ceiling tile and missing ceiling tile grid in room 430. Touch-up paint throughout where needed. Tightly secure loose wall moulding on 400 hall. Clean floor in storage room areas. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
