Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosols, disinfectants, and other cleaners stored accessible to students throughout classrooms. Needs to be stored to avoid health hazards.
General Comment:
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Faculty and staff stated birds are heard in ceiling of library area and are entering from hold outside of building. Work orders have been submitted. Needs repair to prevent pest entrance. |
