Observed chlorox/disinfectant wipes stored in reach of children in SAC class, A12, and aerosol air freshener in men's restroom on C hall (door propped open). Keep all hazardous items stored away from children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
