General Comments

#4a Observed absorbent ceiling tile in women's restroom located in front office. **Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).#4b Observed 2 loose toilet seats in C girl's restroom, and EC restroom on C hall. Observed 1 toilet out of order in C boy's restroom. Toilet seats in need of tighining.Observed 1 chipped toilet seat in A hall boy's. **Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).#5b. Observed paper towels missing in C boy's restroom, and soap missing from B hall girl's.**Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).#6 Observed small water stained ceiling tiles in hall ways and class rooms. Monitor ceiling tiles, replace when visibly stained. Observed rip in wall divider on cafeteria side. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.#7b Observed boxes of books and other items stored on floor in room B2 and tutor room next to B2. **All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.**Mr Leo was present during inspection.
