Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tile in cafeteria, E hallway, and girls restroom located on C hallway. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to replace stained ceiling tile. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed Microban cleaner and aerosol Lysol stored throughout in various teachers classrooms in reach of children. EHS advises school to stored chemicals per manufactures guidance that states "Keep out of Reach of Children". |
