Observed main hall water fountain splashing over causing slippery surface beneath. Recommended placing mat underneath water fountain.

Repeat Non Compliance: Observed loose toilet seat in girls C hall restroom.
Observed girls modular bathroom to have plumbing issue at back of toilet. Water was continuously running spilling/puddling around baseboards in restroom. Work order was called in on site for repair.
Observed modular sink (bowl) counter tops in need of cleaning. Discoloration present.
