3a. Observed slime build up on inside parts of nozzle on water fountains located near gym, and front office, and calcium build up on surface of outside water fountain near modular. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed damaged handle on left side of water fountain on E Hall. Water fountain still operating properly, but in need of repair. 4a. Observed wall in disrepair around urinal, baseboard and lower corner near exit in boys RR in out side modular. **Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).5b. Observed paper towels missing in C hall girls bathroom, D hall girls bathroom. **Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).Monitor crack in sink in D Hall boys bathroom. Sink in need of repair or replacement if crack worsens. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).6.
