NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects inside of light shields sporadically throughout school building. *NOTE: Custodian Mr. Demarco was present during time of inspection.
