Repair out of order toilets in upstairs boys gang bathroom on main hallway leading to E Hall. Clean stall fixture in girls gang bathroom on main hallway leading to E hall. Clean underside of wall urinal in boys gang bathroom on E hall. Place out of place ceiling tiles back into place throughout in gang bathrooms. Replace damaged base tile cove molding near entrance to boys bathroom on E hall. Patch holes in wall in boys bathroom on main hallway near E hall

Repair any roof or HVAC leaks in library, library offices, main hallway, music room and F8; then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Observed water stains around window in stairway area facing Hamilton street. Monitor wall around window and seal area around window if needed. Tightly secure loose wall paper in library office. Repair covering/wall paper on divider wall separating gym and dining room. Repair damaged area on padding on wall in gym area. Touch-up paint wall around newly installed water fountains. Monitor cracks on wall near E16 and E17 and repair if needed.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |
